After Loki hijacked my first image, here is the actual frost bondage I had intended to draw. Chains of Ice ftw. I should draw porny fanart for all my favorite DK skills. Thank yous and credit to the husband for doing the base painting.

After that note about lineart yesterday, I thought I would actually take the extra step for my deathknight pic. Hahahahaha. I am an idiot. Extra coolness points deducted for attempting this on an image that has armor in it.

Fun fact: my lineart was crappy to begin with, but thanks to my illnesses I now have pretty much constant tremors in my hands (and my eyesight is blurry and wonky because of partial muscle paralysis). So, uh, good luck with trying to do anything requiring fine motor skills. D:

A.) If you can draw a smooth line on paper but it’s an issue with using a tablet, try putting a piece of paper over your tablet surface so it mimics the feel of the paper. Practice with long, broad strokes. In a program like photoshop, your lines can look jaggy viewed at 33% or 66% but might look fine at 50% or 100%.

B.) If you have naturally shaky hands try drawing your lineart in Flash. It has very simple but effective vector controls that can automatically smooth out a wobbly line.
